今朝の朝刊、大手、朝日新聞社様の千葉版に載りました。思ってもみない喜び、心より感謝を申し上げますとともに曽祖父の御霊への祈り、お亡くなりになった船員の皆様への、哀悼の意を表しますとともに、日米国籍を超え 深夜の荒れ狂う嵐の海、身を挺して レスキューくださった勝浦の皆様に深く感謝申し上げます。

勝浦市官軍塚慰霊祭に参りまして改めて感じますのは今、このようにして大地を踏みしめ生かされる恵みは、祈りが込められ繋がれた命であること。

しっかり生き抜くことだという自覚と先祖からのメッセージを、胸に感じます。
今後ともどうぞ宜しくお願い申し上げます。

This morning's morning paper, a major newspaper, was published in the Chiba edition of Asahi Shimbun campany. 

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for this unexpected joy, as well as my prayers for the soul of my great-grandfather, and my condolences to all the sailors who passed away.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the people of Katsuura who, regardless of their Japanese or American nationality, risked their lives in the middle of the night on a raging stormy sea to rescue them.

As I attend the Kangunzuka  Katsuura City Government Gunzuka Memorial Service, 

I feel once again that the blessings of stepping on the earth and living in this way are lives that have been connected through prayers.
 I feel in my heart the message from my ancestors and the awareness that I must survive.
